What's the point of last words if they are planned? And do you really think that your last thought will be "Oh, is it over already?." Have you forgot that when you think this thought you are acctually Dying? I believe that most last thoughts(if not all of them) involves physical pain of some sort. Maybe not a poetic thought, but since you won't be able to get it out of your mouth or on paper before you get a new thought or dies that shouldn't matter at all.
